  1. Earnest Money - Make sure that the earnest money is receipted!
  2. Inspect your home- Choose your inspector(s) and get them scheduled ASAP 
  3. Lender Docs - Get all the documents your lender needs.
  4. Title Commitment - Review your title commitment! 
  5. Appraisal - Get your appraisal ordered right after your option period and when your repairs amendment is executed.
  6. Insurance - Get your home owners insurance in line and provide all info to the title company and your lender.
  7. Utilities- Schedule your utilities to be transferred or turned on at least a couple of days or the day of closing.
  8. Schedule closing- make time for your closing. They usually take an hour and a half.
  9. Schedule Walkthrough - Make sure to do your final walk through with your agent.
  10. Close - Make sure to have your photo ID and funds at closing!
