Revised Home Buyer Assistance Program

 

Midland, TX residents have had this homebuyer assistance program for several years; the program only helped low-income individuals who were in certain areas of Midland.  Now the revised program is open to all the residents throughout Midland. However, there are requirements that have to be met to be able to use this assistance program.

Requirements:

  1. You must be considered low-income.
  2.  You must be a legal resident.
  3.  You have to be living in Midland for over 1 month.
  4. You have to be a first time homebuyer.
